The second season of the Canada Super 60, the nation’s premier T-10 cricket league, has reached a significant milestone with the completion of its player draft. Six city-based franchises—the Vancouver Anchors, Whiterock Warriors, Brampton Blitz, Toronto Sixers, Mississauga Masters, and Montreal Royal Tigers—have finalized their rosters for the upcoming tournament, which is scheduled to take place at BC Place in Vancouver from September 29 to October 4.

The draft process brought a wave of international star power to the league. Established cricketers selected in the draft include Kieron Pollard, Nicholas Pooran, Colin Munro, Mustafizur Rahman, Andre Russell, and Jonny Bairstow. These players join a lineup of pre-signed stars that includes Sam Billings, Chris Lynn, and Chris Jordan. Further international depth was added through the selection of Moeen Ali, Imad Wasim, Tom Curran, David Willey, Tymal Mills, Azam Khan, and Andries Gous.

The league is also emphasizing local development by featuring prominent Canadian talent, including Saad Bin Zafar, Kaleem Sana, Nicholas Kirton, Yuvraj Samra, Ali Nadeem, Dilraj Deol, and Finley Dixon. Yuvraj Singh, a League Partner for the Canada Super 60, expressed his enthusiasm for the roster compositions, stating, "It is exciting to see so many world-class cricketers choosing to be part of Canada Super 60. The combination of internationally renowned players and emerging Canadian talent creates an outstanding platform for the sport to grow while delivering a world-class spectacle for fans. Season 2 has all the ingredients to be even bigger and better than our inaugural edition."

Organizers noted that the tournament aims to build on the success of its inaugural season by bringing together global stars and leading Canadian players in one of North America's iconic sporting venues. With a mix of explosive batters, dynamic all-rounders, and elite fast bowlers distributed across the six teams, the league is positioning itself for a highly competitive season.
