President Donald Trump is scheduled to meet with the top investors of the $TRUMP meme coin for the third time since he returned to the White House last year. The upcoming gala, marketed as “the most exclusive dinner in the world,” is slated for November 22 at the Trump National Golf Club Washington, DC, in Potomac Falls, Virginia. This event will host 185 of the cryptocurrency's largest investors.
The competition to secure a spot on the leaderboard runs from September 30 through November 12. According to the firm’s website, the top 29 investors will be granted entry to a private reception with the president and “one of the Legends.” The announcement clarifies that while guests will have an evening with the president and three legends, no individual attendee will receive a private meet-and-greet with him.
Attendees will receive several items as gifts, including a commemorative poster, a trading card, a “Fight Fight Fight Trump” special watch, and a “TRUMP Fragrance.” Furthermore, the top four investors will be presented with a special 18K Gold Trump Watch.
The $TRUMP meme coin, which debuted on January 17, 2025—three days before the president’s second inauguration—has been a significant source of income. A financial disclosure report released by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics on June 30 indicated that the president earned more than $1.4 billion from family cryptocurrency ventures in 2025. However, data from the analytics firm Nansen, as reported by The New York Times, suggests that nearly one million buyers of the meme coin had incurred a collective loss of $3.81 billion by the end of June.
Ethics watchdogs have raised concerns that individuals may be purchasing these coins as a way to curry favor with the administration. In response, a White House official dismissed these claims, stating that it is difficult to “credibly characterize this as buying access” when organizers have explicitly confirmed there will be no private meetings with the president. The official added that there “is no promise of official government action in exchange for attending” and noted that previous attendees have described themselves as “crypto hobbyists and fans.”
In August, Democratic Senators Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut requested that the Securities and Exchange Commission investigate the coin, expressing concern that the venture “may constitute an illegal scam.” When asked about potential conflicts of interest, the president stated that he does not involve himself in his personal wealth management, explaining, “We have funds that run my money.”
For a third time since retaking the White House last year, President Donald Trump will meet with the top holders of the $TRUMP meme coin, the cryptocurrency that enriched him by $635 million last year.
“An evening with 3 Legends and President Donald J. Trump — plus a private meet & greet with a legend to be announced,” says the announcement. “No attendees will be granted a private meet & greet with the President.”
